Certified School Nurse
Full-time, permanent position to begin at the start of the 2020-2021 school year. Applicants must possess a current PA RN License/Bachelor’s Degree, School Nurse Certification; Instructional 1, and CPR/AED Certification. (PA Standard Teaching Application Required)
Agriculture Instructor for the Agricultural Plant Systems & Technology Training Program
Candidate must possess the following: A bachelor’s degree in agricultural education or possess equivalent skills and education in the green industry required to complete a PA Vocational Instructor I certificate; significant experience in the green industry; possess or be willing to obtain a PA Pesticide License; competency in the agricultural mechanics and equipment operation; significant FFA experience; demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants must be skilled in teaching or have industry experience in the following: commercial greenhouse management, botany, aquaponics, soil science, landscape architecture, and pesticide safety. In addition, applicants must be competent in agricultural mechanics including but not limited to residential plumbing, small gas engines, residential electricity, and concrete masonry. Applicant must also be willing to be an FFA advisor and therefore encourage student involvement and foster relationships with local agricultural agencies. (PA Standard Teaching Application Required)
Full-time, permanent position with benefits as per the Act 93 Agreement. The successful candidate must be able to:
• Communicate effectively and professionally with teaching staff, support staff, students, parents
and fellow administrators.
• Conduct staff evaluations in compliance with PA Department of Education Guidelines
• Administer a program of student conduct/discipline
• Facilitate a system of Positive Behavioral Supports
• Work with other administrators and in the development of instructional strategies
• Utilize data to make informed decisions in regards to instructional practices
• Continuously foster a positive school image through involvement in extracurricular activities, Career-Tech Student Organizations, and community outreach activities
• Complete all other duties as described in the Assistant Principal Job Description
The successful candidate will possess valid Pennsylvania Certification as a secondary Principal.

Instructor of Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology
Full-time, permanent position to begin at the start of school year 2020-2021. Applicants must possess an understanding of and the ability to teach all aspects of electro-mechanical systems including but not limited pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and trade related electrical competencies. The successful candidate must relate well to high school students, work independently, and prepare lessons based on the prescribed curriculum. The candidate must have at least four years paid work experience in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Prior teaching experience is helpful but not necessary. Must be willing to complete necessary coursework to earn vocational teaching certification, or currently possess a Teaching Certificate. (PA Standard Teaching Application Required)
Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Instructor
Full time, permanent position to begin 2020-2021 school year. Applicants must be EPA certified and possess an understanding of and the ability to teach all aspects of plumbing, heating, heat pumps, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and trade related electrical competencies. The successful candidate must be able to relate well with high-school aged students, work independently and prepare lessons based upon a prescribed curriculum. The candidate must have at least four years paid work experience in HVACR. Prior teaching is helpful, but not necessary. Must be willing to complete necessary coursework to earn vocational teaching certification, or currently possess a Teaching Certificate. (PA Standard Teaching Application Required)
Full Time Special Education Teacher
Certification in Special Education is required. Responsible for the daily instruction and support of special education students in a secondary setting. Must be competent in special education documentation and progress monitoring. Additional secondary certification is preferred.

Two Part-Time, Permanent Cafeteria Helpers (181 days per year)
One is a 4 hour per day position and one is a 5 hour per day position.
The job duties include but are not limited to cooking and serving food, working the dish room, and operating the cash register. Pay is $8.80 per hour / no benefits. (Non-Instructional Application Required)
