Columbia County Commissioners Adult Skilled Trades Training Program
Courses are offered twice per school year: Fall and Spring Semester at Columbia-Montour AVTS or Central Columbia High School. This workforce development opportunity is provided by Columbia County Commissioners and funded by the American Rescue Plan Funds.
This program is tuition free for:
a) current employees referred by Columbia County businesses
b) Residents of Columbia County
Other students may be accepted on a tuition basis if seats remain available before the start date of the class. Successfully complete at least 5 out of the 8 courses offered to receive a Maintenance Mechanic Certificate.
Students may register for a single course or the entire program.
